Join the Team
Dwell Ministry is looking to expand our team!
We are a Christian group practice with a mission to promote mental health awareness and provide mental health training and resources to the local church and larger community. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address a variety of mental health and relationship concerns.
Our hybrid practice provides services in person in Greensboro and Cary, NC and virtually across North Carolina. We are seeking to add team members who share our passion for bridging the gap between churches and mental health through high-quality training and therapy.
If you think you would be a good fit to join our team, we’d love to hear from you! Please email CV and cover letter to info@dwellministry.org.
Intake Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. The Intake Coordinator ensures the smooth onboarding of clients by managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our therapists. Additionally, the Intake Coordinator will provide billing support for clients and therapists. While this is a part-time position, there is room to grow into more responsibility and leadership.
Fully Licensed Therapist
Dwell is seeking a passionate, fully licensed therapist to join our team in North Carolina. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional specializing in couples therapy, EMDR, perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, parent coaching and/or OCD. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence, integrates faith into therapy (at the client’s discretion), and thrives in a collaborative, growing practice. Preference will be given to those looking for full-time status, training/certification in specified niche or specialty, and those passionate about integrating faith into therapy.
Why work for Dwell?
At Dwell, we believe work carries a sacred meaning. Providing therapy is a profound responsibility—caring for the unseen wounds of others. As a Christian, it can be hard to be a therapist in a world where the self comes first, truth is usually relative, and personal happiness trumps all. Imagine, however, working in a place that not only recognizes and values your unique gifts, education, and experience but also empowers you to counsel from a Biblical worldview.
At Dwell, we provide the freedom to integrate faith with your practice. While not every client will incorporate faith into therapy, you will be known for your compassionate faith, commitment to truth, and integrity in navigating difficult decisions. Your genuine care for the minds, bodies, and souls of your clients will be reflected in Dwell’s reputation. Here, you are an instrument in the hands of a very good God—He is the ultimate Healer, and you are a vital part of His healing process.
A Mental Health Movement Rooted in Community
Dwell is more than a workplace; it’s a movement to bring healing and restoration to individuals, communities, and local churches. As a team member, you will have opportunities to develop and teach curriculum within the local church, a key aspect of our identity and mission. We are committed to fostering safety and healing within ourselves, enabling us to live on mission in our homes, churches, and communities.
The Benefits of Working for Dwell
We offer competitive pay as part of a W-2 position, along with an annual CE/resource stipend, professional development opportunities, paid peer supervision, and a collaborative therapy environment. With office spaces in Greensboro and Cary, we provide a supportive setting where you can grow both personally and professionally.
At Dwell, we invite you to join us in this transformative work—a calling to serve as part of something greater, bringing hope and healing in partnership with a good and faithful God.
