1. There is only one true and living God who is the creator of the universe and who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

2. The Bible is God’s written revelation of Himself to all people, divinely given through human authors inspired by the Holy Spirit. Therefore it is our ultimate and final authority for all matters of faith and practice

3. All people are created in God’s image and are therefore worthy of dignity, love and respect.

4. People are in need of redemption. All are born with a sin nature which prevents them from experiencing salvation on their own. Because all have disobeyed God willfully through sin, all have inherited both physical and spiritual death and the need for redemption.

5. Jesus Christ is fully man and fully God – conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of the world, and was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. He will one day return in glory.

6. Jesus is the only way of salvation. He is the only mediator between God and man. If anyone desires forgiveness of their sins, they must repent, believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and rely solely on the work of the Holy Spirit by the grace of God. All who are redeemed are secure in Christ forever.

7. The church is Christ’s body. All who put their faith in Christ are part of this spiritual body, of which Christ is the head.

8. Jesus will come again to usher in His perfect kingdom, and to judge both the saved and the unsaved. All those who have trusted in Jesus will spend forever with him in the new heavens and the new earth. All those who do not believe and have not trusted in Him will spend eternity in hell, the place of everlasting punishment for their sin and rejection of God.
